I loved playing canasta with my grandmother when I was a kid. This game seems awkward and I can't figure out how to play it!

I read other reviews but wanted to give it a try. Good to pass the time but partner continually discards cards that are open for Canasta and we lose games because of this. Easy fix.

The game either cheats or is horribly written

I have yet to start a round where I could lay down a match on the first hand. I also have yet to have a round where the computer couldn't. Around 95% of my discards are used by the computer. This is a constant basis. No amount of probability would have it happen so often in reality. The game crashes after every so many games. This is either a deliberately designed game intended to allow the computer to win no matter what, or needs a new programmer. To add on, the game no longer comes close to following true canasta rules. I am thinking the programmers have never played the game and have no idea how to play it. I gave it a chance and was hoping with updates my initial (beginning of this) issues would be resolved. Wish I could rate in the negative. Don't waste your time. Avoid the frustration. Terribly programmed game.

Enjoyable game

Really enjoy the game and the option to play with a partner or against a computer. The game has some quirks that make you wonder why that happened, but I can live with it.

Fun and challenging game but don't like that you can't change the rules. When a hand is folded (7 cards) that card should be dead and can't be picked up by the team that folded it. Also, play should advance through all players before a player can go out! Fun game but HATE YOUR RULES!

Just the way I played as a kid. Sometimes the computer phones in the discards and doesn't put up much of a headgame. Overall fun though.

Love playing this game! 1. BUT it will NOT let me invite friends! I will send request, my friend will be on the same game... never gets my request!!! 2. When the player to my left collects the pile & discards his cards on his playing side.... BUT NEVER DISCARDS A CARD FOR MY NEXT TURN!! I have no other choice but to draw!! FIX THESE TWO ITEMS AND I WOULD BE GLAD TO POST 5 stars!!!!!
