I don’t know why but this keeps closing. Very frustrating.

In the middle of games, just kicks me out and have to start all over. Happens constantly. Am thinking of finding another game to load and uninstalling this one.

When it plays through, I love it! But nearly every time I try to start an online game there are 2 or 3 false starts where everyone plays but one person and it freezes. I patiently wait for the time to run out, but then start a new game. If I cared about my win/loss record, it would be angry. At least 20% of my losses are from starting a new game in this manner. I might have lost any way, but I would prefer to “earn” the loss.

I played once with my sister online. We can’t figure out how to play one another after the first time. It is so frustrating.

Have had this game for several months and it worked fine. 4 of us play it from different locations. Occasionally we would lose our game but that was ok. Now one player could not launch the app at all. The other 3 cannot invite buddies to play rendering the game in usable. I have contacted them twice about this issue and got a form letter in the first response and no response the 2nd time. I paid for a full year of ad free play so I guess that is gone too.
one star tonight
We tried playing online tonight and two out of four players never could receive the invite. All four players tried to invite other players and it was always the two players using an apple device that never received the invite. We could see that all players were online. Can you fix this issue? We love playing this game online!! Thanks
Lover of Canasta
I have been playing canasta since I was a youngster. I come from a very large family of canasta players. All of the second generation of canasta players in my very large family have passed on the passion of canasta to our children and their spouses and who now have passed the love for this game to the great grandchildren of the first person that I’m aware that started this tradition of playing, my FATHER, NOW DECEASED. THANK YOU DAD FOR TEACHING US THIS GAME, which we can now play on our iPads. Love, love, love this game!
