Problems with game and no support

There are Problems with the game and no support. The support is a website with other games on it Game takes two cards from pile and only one gets discarded. Wouldnt accept wild card for meld and then game froze and wouldnt do anything. Having to accept each time you pick up isa pain and the board is spread put so that the cards are extremely tiny when using a phone to play. There is no way to zoom in. Not fun. Wont even let me rate the game with only one star.... Half star is what i would line to give it

Newest update makes cards to big. Cannot see what is going on when hands get large. Please make card size configurable.

Did the designer even play the game before release? The card stacks overlay each other, so you have to guess what you are playing by the position of the card. Too frustrating, and I cannot recommend this game. If the layout made any sense, I could give this game a top rating.

Latest version cards are way too large for my iPad mini. size covers the discard pile sometimes completely. Please reduce the card size a bit. Love the game otherwise.

I so looked forward to playing this game, BUT on my iPad it is necessary to turn the device upsides down to play game. Also you can't see cards in front of you. No idea what they are or how many there are, and discard pile disappears. Please fix.

This was a total waste of money. I should've read the reviews. What could go wrong with Canasta? Everything! It's a mess.

LUV my CANASTA Game!!... But I can't see the cards that I have or the cards on the Discard Pile!!! I sure hope this issue can be fixed or I will have to DELETE THE GAME That I LUV TO PLAY & Can't Play!! No Bueno!!

Controlling the game is unintuitive and the options are limited. I'm constantly making errors because of the unclear behaviors required for control. But, it's playable and the alternatives are pretty limited.
