Keeps quitting when I try to scan

I am using an iPhone 7, so to be fair it might be my own phone’s problem. But I have used this app for years on this same phone already. I subscribed the premium account until yesterday when I realized I was not using the premium features at all. Then today the scanning feature just stopped working all of a sudden. When I scan a document, the app quit itself every time I finish taking a picture. I deleted and downloaded the app again, yet the problem still exists.

I paid $8.99 (supposed to be for 10 pages) to be able to fax a 5 page document and I only received credit for 2 pages. Not happy
Decent scans but app can be buggy after upgrade

Scans are good, easy to figure out how to use. Multiple problems after upgrade, but support was responsive.

I have been using this app for months to send PDFs to my school as it is a requirement. This was all free until I opened the app today and now there is a charge for sending PDFs to myself. This is clearly taking advantage of people during the COVID-19 situation where people do not have printers readily available.

I was offered a free three day trial and at the end of the trial, I agreed to be charged a monthly amount thereafter. I was charged for a year of service almost immediately after signing up. The app itself seems to work well and it has sufficient features - I would elaborate on the features from my free trial if I was actually given the opportunity to try it before being charged.

This was a great app for years. I was able to scan docs and email to myself or others but now, I can scan but can’t send docs because they want a fee! Such a shame!
