I have used this app for years! Always loved it. All I really needed it for was to convert a few docs to PDFs from a picture once a week and email them. Always free!....until now. Goodbye CamScanner. Follow up: :later in the day, it seemed to once again allow me to email a 2 page batch of PDFs. Earlier it wouldn’t let me do so unless I subscribed. I’m not sure what changed in 12 hours. Based on other feedback, it looks like this hiccup is causing others to stop using it as well. I will continue to use it as long as I don’t have to pay to send a couple of pages a week.

I downloaded this app to send my drivers license for a loan. It scanned the picture but I could not send it out at all. I deleted the app because it was useless to me and then I found out I was charged for a years subscription. I tried contacting the developer twice to get a refund but did not receive a response. I am out $49 for something I was never able to use and deleted!

$50 charge in 3 days??

Premium does NOT fax

Upgraded to premium for faxing ability. Canceled subscription immediately after because premium doesn’t allow you to fax. Refund request now before going through PayPal claims and BBB claim.

I had this app downloaded for less than 24 hours and use it once because our teacher suggested it for turning in photos as PDF. It charged the card connected to my Apple account 49.95 for the premium when I was never made aware of, or agreed to it. I looked this up and saw this has happened to others before. Be careful. Not sure what to do to get my $50 back

5 hour email

I’ve tried about a dozen times to send a pdf email from myself and it never went through. About five hours later I got every email I sent. Don’t know if this was an isolated problem or the emails normally take five hours to send.

Hi, I really in love with this app but It has an error when I scan over 100 pages in one folder as “my job requires “ and start editing the margins of each page it suddenly glitched ?I wish you can fix it soon. Thank you so much for ur efforts.

Emailing problems

This app has a promising idea that could be useful if it worked, but when it won’t even let you email the documents that you have scanned to anyone it just seems frustrating. I downloaded it so I could send my calculus final to my teacher electronically as a result of the coronavirus school closures. I have been unable to successfully email the final as of now. Do i need a membership to email things? If anyone has any clues let me know. Help would be appreciated.
