Ever since they remove the schedule I can’t find my schedule for school. I’m pretty sure it isn’t out yet but I would love to know how I can go and see my schedule because I hate the new update. If there is anyway possible that I can know then I will appreciate it a lot.

I would give zero stars if i could. Pretty much useless. I can not log in. I contacted the school to have them reset my password. Still nothing. when i try to do the “forgot password” feature I never get an email with a reset link. This app need to be fixed and fast. How can I keep up with my child’s grades, when the app isn’t kept up?

Missing Notifications

The app seems to work well, providing access to grades. However, the notification feature does not seem to work. I’m forced to log into the app frequently in order to see grades, rather than getting the push notifications. Very disappointed.

The app doesn’t give me any notifications on my kid. It did last yeah but nothing this year! Even after I refreshed it. I miss the old app!

Not getting any notifications when teachers post updates. That was the main reason I loved this app! Hopefully that can be fixed.

This is probably the worst app I’ve ever downloaded. Extremely hard to log in and hard to navigate. If this is the best our schools can come up with, it may be time to dump this app and start over.

Fix Parent Campus or bring back Infinite Campus

Infinite Campus was such a well thought out and cohesive app. I attempted to log in and was redirected to the new app of Parent Campus. Once downloaded, I was able to log in but was taken to a screen with a welcome message highlighted in blue that said, “there is no data to display, please contact your district for more information”. I clicked on the bell for notifications and that worked fine but any other place I attempted to navigate just continued to display that same message highlighted in blue. I thought perhaps there was an issue with the app so opened a browser and logged in through the website with the same issue! I read all the reviews and it seems that many users have the same issues. I also read about the current update to the app that claims to have “fixed bugs”. How many reviews will it take for a response? Infinite Campus kept parents informed about their childs issues/progress. This app is obviously not working correctly and even a simple response to let us know that you are working diligently to fix this would be courteous. Thank you.
