I was excited to get this piece of technology and for the most part it's okay. The lag is HORRIBLE, it takes about 10-12 seconds to connect when outside my home network. I don't see how this is possible because we have 1 Gig internet speed and an AMAZING latency. I am hope no this improves within the next 12 months. Now after the latest software update when deleting alerts, they do not instantly disappear as they have in the past. Honestly thinking of paying out contract 8 months and going with something else
Started out great but the end not so good

First this started out great and honestly it is affordable and support at first was top notch! Now I cannot even contact support because the app won't allow me too over time now system slowed down and froze up! They need to go back to the way they use to be because they are losing a customer.

Very nice system cameras clear and I really enjoy being alerted when someone walks around the house makes family feel safe

This camera is exactly what i needed, simple and easy, i just love the alert which keeps me from continually checking...seams like a security guard on duty.. Thanks Cammy

The only real reason I started using this service is because I'm a truck driver and away from home a lot and this gave me the ability to monitor my home while I'm gone. For about a month now the live stream doesn't work unless I'm on wifi and that's just unacceptable. T-Mobile says it's the Cammy App, Cammy says it's T-Mobile needless to say if the Cammy App isn't compatible with T-Mobile, then I need to find a service that is or Cammy needs to ensure their app is compatible. I will NOT continue using this service unless I can live stream from my cameras.

Cameras are easy, easy, easy to install and use. Better yet, you can see who is on your property or in your home when you are not even there. Customer service is easy, polite and very helpful!

Big waste of money, the cameras spend more time trying to load than allowing you to view, my garage was robbed and the camera never alerted me, nor did it capture any footage!!!
