12/18/19 - Can you modify you APP where you can give some one just look /arm/disarm status (guest status)? Where they can’t modify your cameras or delete videos?

The system is slow and choppy. The video is fine...when it works. It takes forever to "find the camera" and currently we had something stolen from our yard and while the camera aimed at our yard says it was updated today it isn't showing any video from the past week. This is total crap and I wish I could sue for the price of the scooter that was taken. Get a real security system and don't waste your money on this. Also my husband has been in contact with their help since the day we got the cameras because their system is SO buggy and stops working randomly. I hate this.

Works perfect!! Best one yet. Only wish I could delete all the images at one time, instead of tapping each one to delete. Better yet, have a button to check all and the press delete.
Major postproduction flaw

Alarm captures thousands of videos but later there is no way to mass delete them. They have to be deleted one by one. When you have several thousands of videos deleting them individually is practically impossible. Great customer service. Responding questions quickly but select all and delete should be there.
