Great camera app when apples default app fails

So I had to get this app because the geniuses at Apple still haven’t figured out the bug in their default camera app I keep waiting for an update or something or someone to tell me how to fix it but still come up with nothing so now I have downloaded this Camera plus light which works great for taking pictures in high definition just don’t understand why Apple is dragging their feet on fixing their default camera video app that’s the main reason why do you have a cell phone photography and with their app being out of commission after a month of being frustrated I finally downloaded Camera +. I’m so glad I did so come on Apple update this even know never use it just updated them on I know the camera works because it works on this app oh well I’m just one of probably 1 million people that have the same problem thanks camera + for helping me through this

This app takes many of the shortcomings of the iPhone and fixes them... to turn it from a simple photo taker to a sophisticated mini DSLR. I spent a couple of dollars here and may have saved $599.00 that I would have to spend for headshots here in LA. Nice little app... lovin it so far!!!

I have several 3rd party camera apps on my iPhone 6s: Camera+ Free with all in-app purchases, ProCamera, and ProCam. Whenever I've had issues or simply questions regarding ProCamera or ProCam, their support answered my questions via their in-app feedback module with 24 hrs. EVERY time. Not so with Camera+. Numerous attempts to report an issue or ask questions have been met with silence, whether it be through the Tap Tap Tap website feedback or through the in-app feedback module. I feel that since I did purchase all in-app purchases, they could at least respond to my inquiries. Nothing. Silence. As an IT professional for 25 years, I can tell you that a software is only as good as its post-purchase support. ALL software has problems eventually. What sets one apart from another is the ability for a customer to get questions answered and issues resolved. I cannot fault the software per se. It is a good 3rd party camera app. However, please know that if you use this app you are on your own. I don't know if the developer simply doesn't care enough to respond or there is no one manning the feedback venues. Either way, there is no response.
