Non-existent Support! – Camera+ Lite Review

I have several 3rd party camera apps on my iPhone 6s: Camera+ Free with all in-app purchases, ProCamera, and ProCam. Whenever I've had issues or simply questions regarding ProCamera or ProCam, their support answered my questions via their in-app feedback module with 24 hrs. EVERY time. Not so with Camera+. Numerous attempts to report an issue or ask questions have been met with silence, whether it be through the Tap Tap Tap website feedback or through the in-app feedback module. I feel that since I did purchase all in-app purchases, they could at least respond to my inquiries. Nothing. Silence. As an IT professional for 25 years, I can tell you that a software is only as good as its post-purchase support. ALL software has problems eventually. What sets one apart from another is the ability for a customer to get questions answered and issues resolved. I cannot fault the software per se. It is a good 3rd party camera app. However, please know that if you use this app you are on your own. I don't know if the developer simply doesn't care enough to respond or there is no one manning the feedback venues. Either way, there is no response.
