Still a little clunky running, with slow load times. Also wish the takedown worked half the time. Have no idea what I'm doing wrong, but I get shot even approaching slowly from behind.

Multiple characters, stealth, things to loot, upgradable stats, fantastic! Only thing missing is a all move mechanic so I don't have to move each character individually across quiet portions of stages, give me that and you got 5 stars coming :)

I love it and I think this game should have been in the editors choice for how good the game is and I like the graphics in the game and the voices for the people you play as, hope you get the game and see for yourself how good the game is

I liked this game. But the game crash many times with me and it freezes at chapter 2 . If you fix this on the next update. I will give you 5 stars .

Pretty/Frustrating

Beautiful scenery, but slow pace--constantly dying and takes too long to restart. Can't figure out what the guards can see or not see. Sometimes when hidden, the guard's flashlight seems to reveal you completely, but he doesn't see you. More often, you appear to be hidden, but bang--dead. Wait for restart and have to play that conversation again. Ho hum.

Great game just takes 10 mins to notice

At first I thought he moves slow and controller was a little weird and when you try to attack the guard he kills you every time the only way to kill them is close the door and when while he opens it kill him. It was frustrating but then I found out that trick and the game been fun ever since very fun so if you like war of mine you would live this. I gave it 5 stars but 4 is more accurate.

First Impressions

This is a first impression based off the first chapter of the first act. I was extremely interested in Noir when I found it first posted on the PS Blog. I had been eagerly awaiting it's release and as soon as the store was updated I was just as extremely disappointed in the price of entry. 25 dollars for an indie title that looks and plays like this is ridiculous. I love indie devs and I think 10 and under is generous and 15 to 20 is reasonable. After watching and reading other mixed reviews I decided to check out the App Store because I noticed the game looked more suited to touch controls. To my surprise I found the game for 3.99 (I later found out that you had to purchase the other acts which I smh but I figured this was a nice starting point) from what I have played (before and after the update) the game is very slow paced and very much so meant for touch controls imo. The gameplay of the first chapter was pretty basic and from the looks of the trailer it looks like this will continue. You can never tell how far the guards can see and even after the update they will still shoot you if you try and creep up on them after pressing the prompt. This coupled by delayed loading sequences after deaths are pretty minor but frequent annoyances. If the voice acting is what pushed the game to have such a high price point then I would have gladly accepted the game without it. The va are decent but so far the story does not feel as if they are really necessary. Again this is only the first chapter that I have played. I will push on and update this review later on.

Was cool...at first

Im not a gamer and don't usually pay for Apple games but this looked cool and I had a long train ride so I got it but was hella disappointed that you have to buy every chapter! I saw the in app purchase thing but I thought it was for power ups or more coins, since I paid just to download it! Other than that it was a cool game, kinda boring but has good graphics and sound effects. A few annoying glitches but nothing horrible. Sadly I will not be finishing this game because I think the maker of this is shady asf for making u pay for chapters

Bought act 2 and 3 cuz i wanna finish the story, but the game keeps freezing on act 2 part five first mission, will need to wait til they fix the overheat and crashing issue, otherwise great game. One star to draw attention , will revise to five star once the game is fixed. Its an absolutely great game and gorgeous, the storyline so far is amazingly good. Would like to play til i get to see the ending

Looks great, gameplay is a little rough and freezes during Act V when Arno is about to climb up the long ladder to the sabotage location. Please fix!
