You can email your calendar!

Email or print any date or range of dates for your iPhone calendar. This is something I've been looking for! So many people I know have their calendar "trapped" on their iPhone and are afraid of syncing or iCloud backup because of the risks of deleting dates -- now I can email and print a hard copy

Not only is it the only option I could find app or PC based to print a combined calendar, it works great. Prints out the entire family's month (and holidays) on one page. Definitely absolutely recommend this app!
