I've been doing a high protein low carb diet and have lost over 50 pounds over the course of this year! This app was definitely a big part of that and was super helpful! It's easy, efficient, and helps me understand what is good to pick at restaurants! Love it!

No elliptical machine? Really?

Would have given 5 stars but the exercise search does not include elliptical. It does include juggling. So I don't understand the logic.

I like the feel of the app but there are many situations (see top sirloin) where you have the same serving size listed multiply times with different caloric content.

I like this app however the drawback is the food database. Its not very large so most of the common food i eat is missing. Your able to add your own food entries but thats a lot of work. After a few days of using this app I got tried of making my own entries so I deleted this app.

Good app in that its pretty easy to use. Functions like Food Favorites and Recents make posting entries easier. This isn't an app I use every day of every week. I may post entries for two or three weeks to check my eating habits. Keep weight stats every week though and the History helps me keep my weight gains or losses in perspective. Worth the money.
