This app is AMAZING if the person using it is committed. If you can stay consistent and commit to keeping track with this app, you will find it IMPOSSIBLE to NOT lose whatever amount of weight you desire. Why? Because this app is designed to take your weaknesses out of the equation by providing accountability for what you eat. Any fitness expert knows that one of the essential factors in weight management is keeping a food journal. But this app adds so much convenience to this concept by introducing this great interface to your iphone. In almost 6 month, I lost 20lbs without 100% commitment, and found it to change my life when I was dedicated.

Find this hidden app after a few keywords search. used it for a week and so far so good. feeling better as I can see the progress I made by puting down the calorie intakes daily. I think I can stick around with app for longer, and hopefully that will assist my weight losing effort.

Absolutely the best diet app I've ever used. Beat a lot top rank apps in term of easy to use and rich database. I don't necessarily think it needs to sync with internet database and note one of the highlights is it doesn't require internet connection.

I’ve used it for 6 weeks and lost 6 kg. I like that I can add custom foods and recipes to the database. Living overseas, most of the database foods are useless because we have different foods here, but with this one I can just add my own. I like this flexibility! I don't get 3G network here and there like in the states, so I also like the fact that no internet connection is needed.

This application does it all--easily and conveniently. Every food in the world may not be here (how could it be?), but there's bound to be one close enough that can be modified or just add the food and calories. I don't pay attention to them, but fat grams, carbs, etc., are all listed, as well. It is astonishing to see how few calories are allowed on a daily basis to lose weight, and how quickly they add up. The only option is to exercise more. It's all there in glorious color--no drama, just the simple facts--this is how many calories you've taken in, this is how many you need to expend to lose the weight to reach your goal. Ageand sex are all taken into account. In three weeks I have lost 6.5 lbs just by paying attention.

very help. if you use it everyday like me, i can't imagine why you won't lose any extra pounds. i guess keep doing the log is the key.
