I got the app years ago. I recommended it to friends and family. It does what I need it to do. The upgrades it has done throughout the years make it very versatile to fit a lot of needs.

Simply the app you need to track everything healthy you care about ?

Been using this app since 2013, if you take yourself and your goals serious this is an amazing tool to help keep yourself on track!! I started with the free one but the pro version is a bit more detailed for those that want to set your own macros etc.

I used to have diabetic entries but they are gone. What happened?

Still nags me for ratings and to upgrade

Always putting “deals” in my face and interrupting my flow when I’m trying to enter calories. I already own the Pro version but I guess they need to sell seLL SELL since there’s always a higher tier!

9/26/2020 - latest update driving me crazy. Developer has gone mad- why so many changes? Long time user Bernard The very best of my 400 Apps. Very helpful, Easy to use, great for tracking weight, calories, blood pressure etc. Creators got it right with this one. Bernard
