Awesome!

This app has been really helping me, keep track of all my calorie intake and really makes me think about what’s going into my body. I love this app so much.

Excellent

Excellent way to track and keep up with your eating and exercising.

Widget STILL broken

Ipdog

Update Watch complications are totally broken after your last update. Yeah, definitely busted with a message on the watch that says “Please launch MyNetDairy on your phone” no matter what I try I cannot get past this. Update The developers reached out to me and asked me to describe the problem; I did describe the problem; they fixed the problem. The developers are very responsive thank you!! This is still broken after your last update Please fix it. The force Touch widget that shows calories left has been broken for three weeks!

Great App

I like this app because I can track how many calories I am eating. I can log how many steps I’ve taken and how long I’ve exercised. It won’t quit after 7 days and tell me I have to “upgrade”. They leave that choice to me! I started August 25th and I’m down 4 pounds! That’s a pound a week!

Great motivator

ee.anat

Lost 25 lb over 15 months. As planned. Almost at my goal. In the first half year it helped to track my calories and weight. By now I know already most of what I need. Still need to stay on track once in a while. One tip: don’t include the calories of your exercise in your daily allowance: it gets you to eat more than you need (or maybe I overestimate how much I exercise...). The greatest motivator for me was the graph of my weight over time: understanding the ups and downs and how they relate to what was going on in my life taught me a lot. The overall persistent downward trend was encouraging enough to keep me going. Over time, my eating habits changed, my appetite adjusted, and I really do feel it has changed my relationship to food. The best part: the long term tracking of my weight as a great motivator.

Love it but...

Love this app. I use the free version only, but any time I need to drop some weight it is all I need. Despite all the current diet trends, counting calories is the only thing that works for me. It may be an old line of thinking, but the theory of calories in v.s. calories out will still stand when all the fad diets have run their course. My one issue with the app is the gps feature. When I first started using this it was pretty accurate. It must have changed with an update somewhere along the line, but it no longer is. On a 16 mile bike ride it shorts me a full mile. On a 5 mile walk it shorts me about 4 tenths of a mile. I sure wish this flaw could be fixed!
