Last update messed up sleep stories

I used the sleep stories because it was only one person talking and I wasn’t distracted by background music or sound effects. Adding music and background noise has ruined my experience with the stories. The app needs to give a choice of with or without noise in the background. Sleeping is the main reason I used the app.

My wife got me a subscription after she did a few meditations together with her subscription. I find myself using it everyday and just purchased some better ear buds so I can be more comfortable. The meditations are great and after a month I find myself knowing whether the one from Tara or Jeff might better fit at that moment. Often, I will listen to the other later. Unfortunately I seem to listen to the sleep stories more than I would like, but they really do help put to sleep or back to sleep. Anyway, a great app and one of the few I feel happy paying for.

I’ve been using the app for seven months now and more and more I’m noticing the daily meditations are recycled from months prior. The app specifically states you get original contact every day. The Daillies are not always original contact. The week in particular that I’m writing this, the daily trip is all recycled content.

Already have better communication and coping mechanisms

I downloaded this for Tara Beach’s Radical Self-Compassion. I’ve only had this app for two weeks and I already notice I am more compassionate towards myself and those around me. This app has helped me have better communication when I’m not feeling well and more empathy when others aren’t either.
