First rate mindfulness training

Phat Willy LLC

This program is tremendous. It offers sessions for everyone from beginner to experienced. I particularly like that you can choose short 7-day programs, or the 21-day version, and you can choose very short individual sessions tailored to the time you have available. Very good aid to learning how not to be so mentally scattered but instead focused and fully in the present moment. 5?

Great Meditation App

I've been meditating for some time, but always appreciate a new app to guide my meditations. This is a great app for beginners, however, I enjoy the background noise and speaker as well.

Great app!

This is a great app if you're interested in learning medication or just de-stressing and reducing anxiety. Thanks!

Great app.

It's a great app. The only problem is the cost for the programs beyond the 7 days of calm. The prices are somewhat expensive, but besides that everything is amazing. This app is therapeutic.

Good app, great design, bad voice

ajrunr

Update Sept: need new voices. Developers keep promising (over a year now), but nothing. The "newer" meditations use a woman's voice that is terrible. Sharp, poor flow and not relaxing. The original lady's voice was great. Love the app, I really do. Long time user and the major update the did a while back really fixed many performances issue. Content is great as is the design. Best one I've tried when it works. "Pro" subscription adds content which is good (basically new meditation focuses). And they've added new content. My major issue is the new ladies voices. It's not good. Too many inflections, randomly, along with harsh beginnings and endings of syllables. Wildly inconsistent. The inflections are unnecessary and super annoying. What you want in a voice is smooth, even and constant. The original voice was that way. The new material is unusable for me because of the voice. It is a constant "jarring". Additionally, the level of processing is poor in that the voice is more intense and sharp (not softened). You may think it is petty to call this out, but it really is a huge issue for me. I now avoid all of them with her voice. The voice should be complementary not distracting.

Best meditation app ever!

I've tried I few but after using Calm, I deleted the rest. I did purchase the yearly subscription but so worth every cent. The variation of all the different meditation options is fantastic. Love the downloadable scenes and music. Each day has been made so much better with Calm mediations. I'm relaxed and mindful, a truly wonderful addition to my every day.

I could not live without Calm

I try to use Calm to meditate daily. Sometimes I don't have time and then I feel like I am missing some key part of my day.

Great Body Scan Meditation

Love that you can select different lengths of time.

The greatest app

Meliadauriz

I bought the yearly subscription right after the 7 day trial. I notice a difference on days I meditate even though 10 minutes isn't long. I have less anxiety and less pain. I take more time to think before I react and have more empathy. It would be cool to have mediations for weight loss/healthy choices. That's definitely an area of my life that i lack mindfulness in and could use help. I miss the "anxiety release" track, it was one of my most listened.

Almost perfect

I suffer severe anxiety disorders and have such a hard time sleeping at night. I love using this app to help try and calm myself down, and might I add I really love the visuals as much as the audio! ****BUT**** I think that I would use this app more if it were possible to still hear the audio after locking my phone. I don't like the idea of leaving my phone open at night for people to snoop on while I'm asleep :<
