App froze after 1st use

It’s horrible when you purchase the app and it freezes after the first use. Hopefully I can find an email to help solve.

This app cannot access the Recent Calls list, major drawback for me. And, this app does not record the caller’s/dialer’s typed dial tones. A very expensive app given those drawbacks.

I signed up for what was listed as a free trial offer. Used it once within a day. Got billed immediately $ 9.99... Why? So OK fine I'll use it, keep the subscription. I tried to use it again within approx two weeks and your app would not allow me, said I wasn't subscribed. Want my $9.99 refunded immediately I'll find another app. 8/4/2020 D. S., Austin, TX.

Now I have to go waste my time recovering money that shouldn’t have been taken from me. In addition the “manage account” option renders a jibberish page that doesn’t work. For an app this simple I can’t help but think all this is intentional, and clearly is unethical.

The loud stupid beeeeep sound it makes after I merge the call. Other than that this app is not rocket science. It does what it does. Get rid of the beeeeeeep

When I called it made noise that it’s recording...and my friend could hear the beep...so definitely I’m not recommending
