I'm an idiot I seen his advertisement on Instagram and it made it look like you could just start recording your calls directly from the original phone and it's not like that at all it's completely silly

It is a little weird to get the hang of at first, but works great! The transcribing could use some work, but the audio for both parties is loud and clear, which is hard to find for such a great price.
Too difficult to use

You have to CALL the service and connect it into the call AFTER RECEIVING a call to record it. It’s not automatic. Too inconvenient and the caller hears the beep. Besides it doesn’t always connect as it’s supposed to.
