Everything is good but my controller won’t connect even thought the game says it is connected and the ranked matches lag so much.

I was up to level 35 and all of a sudden the app seem to not work well. I lost all my gains and new weaponry. Had to start all over.

The game was good and all and I even went and spent money on this game but after the update it would no longer login to my account of level 103 and 2 battle passes ($25) each
