After the last update my name changed And also I tried changing it but it’s keep on refusing saying this name is encrypted and modified this name can’t be changed? Please work on it

Impossible to get headshots

Its extremely impossible to get headshots, i swear each time i shoot exactly at the head, it reads and says its a normal kill. How??? overall its a fun game but really impossible to get headshots its like a 1% chance for me to get head kills.
