I downloaded the app and bought five credits. Two number that I looked up, they were unable to show the name and said I wouldn't be charged. I tried to look up a number today and it said I needed to add credits. For what??? I haven't used the five I bought! A total rip off! Don't use it!

The filter is not strong. It hasn't detected and blocked any numbers for me from coming.

This app didn't help at all with "No Caller ID" calls; I have received over 20 of them in a 24 hour period. That's beyond outrageous, but apparently there's no way to stop these types of calls - even with all the amazing technology available out there. The only thing that works is the tried and true "Do Not Disturb" option, then select "allow calls from all contacts" - but I won't get notifications for messages or emails that way, which is pretty lame. I do appreciate the developer reaching out and responding to my review; for that I am amending and giving another star for great customer service, but ultimately this app didn't help me.

I’ve had this app for a few weeks and completely forgot about it , I just saw it and realized I haven’t had any annoying calls in a long time. Especially the ones that spoof their number to look like mine. Love it.

I paid $130 for the Call Control box after reading a positive review in the newspaper, which made it seem like a worthwhile thing to try. But in my experience the device fails even to block calls in my Block list consistently, and although my landline phone’s Caller ID lists the calling phone number and associated name, the Call Control app lists almost all calls as “unknown”, meaning it cannot match the incoming calls to block or allow lists. This failure makes the app and box pretty much worthless. Early on I submitted a problem report, but never got a response, which is what might be expected from a company selling hardware and an associated “service” which fails to live up to its hyperbole. I am extremely disappointed.
