No notifications on iPhone 7 Plus

I am no longer getting notifications since I switched to iPhone 7 Plus. I still get them on my iPad. Very disappointing. All my friends having the same issue on their older iPhones. Please issue a fix or I will delete the app.

App keeps sending notifications for chain control nonstop. Says its in effect then lifted. When it hasn't been lifted yet
