Great product

ATA Law

One app on one little lightweight device to get access to all California codes almost anytime.

Formatting errors, limited navigation

M-saur

Recent update left pervasive formatting errors. In contrast to competing apps, when a code section references another section, you can't click a link to quickly navigate to the referenced section. These problems limit practicality for litigation attorneys. Deleting and buying the tekk innovations app.

No customer service

This ap stopped working after I spent a bunch of money on codes. I figured I would just get in touch with some kind of support staff, but there is no support. There isn't even an email. Don't waist your money!

Unreliable -- No Support

Nonanon_:(

Initially when I purchased the entire CA Laws library of codes books a couple years ago it was wonderful. However, in the past year it seems that there are tons of new glitches, missing codes, miscellaneous characters throughout the code books, bookmarked code titles that don't correspond to the actual codes I bookmarked. Needs some work big time and more responsive app designers.

Purchasing App Won't Eliminate Ads

Even after paying $10.99 for the upgrade, the App still shows advertisements. The advertisements are distracting when looking up the rules under stress in a courtroom. Accidentally tap/touch the advertisement, and you'll be launched into a new page leaving the app behind. Then you'll have to go through a dozen steps to get back to where you were.

No support.

Bought the one thing I was looking for and it didn't work at all. Uninstalling.

Complaint

Using the Penal Code as an example: What ever happened to the various range of section numbers once you get into a particular section. For example, you tap on Crimes and Punishment and rather then getting the various sections, there are no code sections to help you zero in on a particular crime. Use "assault" as an example.

Agree with complaint

RickManwar

I agree with the previous reviewer. Where are the code section numbers when you open an area of law, i.e, Family Law. When you go to sections within the Code, there are no longer any identifications to the code section ranges. This was extremely helpful in getting to a specific code section without having to guess its location in the entire Family Code. Without it I just have to guess and spend time trying to locate the actual specific code section I am looking for. This needs to be fixed or this app is too cumbersome to use and loses its value as an on the fly way of looking up code sections. There are many other options, such as just running a search on the Internet or, God forgive, hauling around an old fashion book.

Wake up to your corporate fiction

Know the lies..

It has it all. Replaced 3 other apps with this one. Cost me $10.99 in app. WELL WORTH IT! Awesome amount of information. USA is a CORPORATION! YOU ARE A CORPORATION! Learn the difference between legal, lawful, laws, codes, ordinances, statutes, ect. Learn The UCC. Always sign your name including... Ucc1-207/ucc1-308 Without prejudice All rights reserved.

Not worth it

If you're involved in law enforcement and looking for a app to help you out, this one is a no go. No penal code or traffic codes. Google is more helpful. I didn't even find the fish and game section to be that helpful.
