Misleading App

This isn't an app with all CA codes, as the app is titled. You download a selected few and then have to buy the rest. Should be titled "A Selected Few CA Codes."

Purchased the entire collection on my iPad. When I went to download on my iPhone it asked for money again! This should've been disclosed since anything purchased with same iTunes is universal if works on both.

Very handy to be able to have the code available offline, searchable, with bookmarks, etc. The support guys very helpful and prompt too. Yes, you do need to purchase in-app to get the various code sets, but considering that a physical book set is about 4x the cost, it is worth it, i'd say.

I initially thought app was useful... Then I realized you had to make in-app purchase for some codes. The price listed for addition code was $2.99 for Penal Code, so I gave it a shot; not bad if it works. Apparently, what it didn't say, it is a HIGHLY abridged version making it completely useless to me. The codes I was looking up were not included.

I have been in law enforcement for a dozen plus years. I have NEVER written a review for any product I have ever used (neither good or bad). I am extremely impressed with this product. I purchased the entire app a few years ago and have never regretted it. Instead of carrying those cumbersome code books in the field, I just use my I-phone. The app automatically updates and I don't need to re-order codes every year. The search function is "rookie friendly/proof". Even when I'm in areas without reception, I can still look up any code that is loaded. Download and enjoy.
