I hate to pay for the automatic stove cleaner 250 dollars too much money for something we need

The developers have really really gotten greedy! I have played for almost 3 years & am leader of my club. My club & I are searching other games now as this one does nothing but go down hill with each update. DON’T waste your time or money on this. It’s become a rip off! And the developers don’t care, all they want is money. So, if you do download it & play, JUST PLAY DON’T spend any money.

I have played this game for over 2 years and believe me, game goes is destroying it with all their updates. They keep twisting and turning things as their whole focus is to find more ways to get you to spend money. If you find a way to make the game work for you and you are only spending a couple bucks a week….just wait. They will quickly come up with an update to screw things all up, again. Sometimes you’ll even get a new update every couple of days. Playing tournament has given me some nice online friends. If not for them, I would cancel this game and that would be that. If they give you an upgrade and you think, oh this is cool!! Just wait a week…….

Every change the developers make causes the game to become less fun and more like an unpaid 24/7 job. I specifically spent a ton of Cade cash to buy a cashier so the time between catering trucks would be 1 hour instead of 2. Now they have doubled the file it takes for the truck. We win tokens that are redeemable for prizes and we used to get to select our own prize but not any more. The cost to bring celebrities had gone up so much I can't do this any more. The amount of food to complete a cater order has now doubled. Complaining does nothing. Gamegos customer service is the worst of any industry I have ever dealt with. Their hours are very limited and they are closed on wends which is when most people need help because this is when we play the tourney. There is zero live help for this game. The game they modeled it off of, Zings's Cafe World had live support, always fixed the problem or compensated you and their people were very nice. It is obvious Gamegos only cares about fleecing all they can out of their customers. If I wasn't leader of our team I would play something else. At the rate team members, some who have been with us more than 5 years are dropping out fast, saying the game is no longer fun. I did lead 2 teams, everyone on the second team stopped playing because they no longer enjoyed it. I am not sure how the game keeps a high rating. Reading game Facebook pages gives a more realistic picture of people's current thoughts on the game.

Reported an issue with not being able to collect gifts from friends. After almost a week, it is still not working. The developers keep taking away perks that were given to loyal players since the game started. This is forcing a “you must pay to play” environment. This GAME used to be relaxing and fun. Now it’s a full time job. Wish they could bring back Cafeland on Facebook. ?

This game has gone to pot! You don’t get any cash and everything takes a ton of cash. It’s just not enjoyable any more.
