I've been playing for over five years. Ive definitely purchased in game packages but the great thing about this game is you do not need to purchase anything to enjoy or level up. It's all about consistently playing and completely task. The only thing I would like to see is more table or decor options. Currently level 120 I've seen the same table since I started. But but but the festivals do give you the opportunity to get cool decor by earning it and you can now earn old festival stuff too. Maybe just every 50 levels or so a couple more purchasable items would be great. Getting cafe club members as a leader is hard too.

This game used to be so much fun. Every update you guys are making at this point just make the game worse. It’s harder than ever to get Cafe Cash without actually spending money. The tournaments are always the same, we can’t pick and choose which tasks we want to do. Rewards are now being picked for us instead of like before where we collected the rewards and bought what we wanted. It’s frustrating. Time to stop playing this game

Need to fix the programming so a 230 level game with many real dollars spent does not go into cyberspace..told the developers cannot retrieve even with ID info is absolutely ridiculous..soooo disappointing..will never spend real dollars again. ☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️ Should be able to restore version saved on my phone..but how???

I used to really like this game, but the changes they are making are motivated by greed. Premium booster costs have just increased again, expansion costs are ridiculously high...I understand this is a company and they are trying to make money, but I will never spend hard-earned cash on a game. The worst change of all, has to be the special decorations. Taking away our ability to pick and choose what we want is so asinine-I just don’t understand why. Furthermore, my cafe rating is 4.5, saying I need more vending machines, yet I am not able to place them because I’m 10 levels away from earning a new machine spot. Totally annoying.

I have been playing this game for many years and I have a few questions/suggestions. How do you access the “rare” gifts you receive from spinning-I don’t know where to go to redeem them and I have many but don’t know how to get to them. Also what do you do with the “likes” that you receive from spinning-where do you redeem them and what are they used for? I wish old dishes that have been mastered could be removed and have more new dishes added. There are not many option for soups, fish, sandwiches and pasta. More variety would be appreciated-I do get bored with cooking the same things so sometimes leave the game for a few days. It needs to be more enticing for those of us who have played a very long time.

However, can you please change back the part of the game when you experience points for cooking dishes, then you get to pick a prize. Well it’s terrible that now the game selects what gift you receive. Please change it back so we can select our own gift. I have been playing this game for over two years. I’m on my second game. A few months ago I lost my game and I had to start over. If you check my account, you will see that I spend money on this game frequently. I’ve seen others request this change. Please listen to us. Other than that I really enjoy playing. If it ain’t broke don’t change it.

Welcome to communism. THEY now dictate which order we do our tournament tasks. THEY now dictate specialty reward system so we are lucky to “win” a few floor tiles or really super lucky to win a vending machine. THEY even took away the visiting chef bonuses! This game used to be fun. Life is hard...games are supposed to be fun. I used to love this game. I only play now to help my sister get items for her truck. I would give -5 stars if I could.

I’m very upset that you all have made things so hard. The tasks are getting harder yet you don’t raise the points gotten for each task in the tournament. It’s rediculous. And? For you to raise the amount needed to expand the cafe?? It’s crap... now it’s not even a reachable goal without spending a bunch of money on the game. You all need to fix this... this isn’t ok. And the fact that we can’t pick our own prizes now???? I want to pick my own prizes! I don’t want whatever your stupid game gives me

I was about one million coins away from the 6 mil required for expanding my cafe, I had 35 of the required 24 cards and was well above the level required. I was going to sell inventory and dishes when the coin requirement jumped to $12 million!! I am so upset about this! This is not fair and really makes me want to quit this game!!!

I cannot zoom in smaller on my ipad. Once i extended i cannot see bubbles on both side of the creen party.
