Don’t waste your time on this app. This is what occurred when I opened this app on my Ipad this morning: Today all of my playing history was deleted when I opened the app on my IPad. I went from a Gold status, level 321 back down to Bronze status, level 1. My coins dropped from 483,244,118 to 10,000. This afternoon, after rechecking the app on my IPad 3-4 times, things hadn’t changed. So I decided to check it in my Iphone. Crazily, everything is okay on my IPhone. I tried to contact support today through the App Store, but all I get is “page not found. Apparently the developers aren’t interested in resolving players’ problems with their app, so they’ve made it impossible to contact them. I very nearly deleted the app before checking it on my phone. That may still happen if the problem isn’t resolved. I don’t know what the App Store’s terms and conditions are for developers of apps, but it should certainly require that they have an active support department to respond to questions, complaints, etc within a reasonable amount of time, and that they regularly maintain their app(s), and that support should be accessible through the App Store or the app itself. I am not happy with this latest mishap, and I’ve about used up any patience I may have had left.

Just a month or so ago l had over 700',000,000 then something happened and before I knew I was a new subscriber. Many times I loss a few hundred dollars due to the site but never complained. I would never buy on this site because of that. I have always been able to go back to my originate beginning but not this time . Love your games but I am very Leary. Anyway you can help.

Frozen issues!

Hi, I normally give all playtika games five stars. I very much enjoy them.! Regarding my present play today - many parts are frozen. First, For at least 12 games, I played the maximum amount to take advantage of the rewards offered,promised, at the levels end - attempting to get the 2 level boost having played maximum. After eac game, possibly 12 or more, the game froze at the very end. I was not able to push the spin button at the end - needing to shot the whole game off - including having to restart my WiFi, putting in my password and again going to Caesars and again push maximum to go to the next level - I question whether I received the x2 promised or the coins that finishing, and receiving the possible coins as the new level started with maximum played. Hope this makes sense! I am also unable to push the legacy button as offered, or get the bonus coins flashing on the top. I played $40.00 on ITunes this afternoon- receiving frustration on caesars,slotomania and House of Fun which also had frozen positions! Please try to award what should be mine having played mostly maximum, as well as not being able to get rewards that normally I count on! Thank you, Pat
