Don’t waste your time on this app. This is what occurred when I opened this app on my Ipad this morning: Today all of my playing history was deleted when I opened the app on my IPad. I went from a Gold status, level 321 back down to Bronze status, level 1. My coins dropped from 483,244,118 to 10,000. This afternoon, after rechecking the app on my IPad 3-4 times, things hadn’t changed. So I decided to check it in my Iphone. Crazily, everything is okay on my IPhone. I tried to contact support today through the App Store, but all I get is “page not found. Apparently the developers aren’t interested in resolving players’ problems with their app, so they’ve made it impossible to contact them. I very nearly deleted the app before checking it on my phone. That may still happen if the problem isn’t resolved. I don’t know what the App Store’s terms and conditions are for developers of apps, but it should certainly require that they have an active support department to respond to questions, complaints, etc within a reasonable amount of time, and that they regularly maintain their app(s), and that support should be accessible through the App Store or the app itself. I am not happy with this latest mishap, and I’ve about used up any patience I may have had left.
