I have used this product to create Tiny Home designs and details for a project I plan to build. While the program doesn't have all the features of a full blown CAD program you can't argue with what you get for the money. Fast, refresh and simple controls. Good deal!

I have found this app to be one of the easier to learn and use, but several functions fall short of expectation. The trim function is limited at best and can only be used between lines. Arcs cannot be drawn and trimmed for example. Pro version (required to save drawings) is reasonably priced, but given the opportunity, not sure I would buy it again.
I couldn't make itpast the stove rotation level, on tutorial mode. Read, re read, googled, tried it all. Rotate you Damon stove!. Seriously though, this might be the kind of app that is only useful if you have been a veteran user of$10,000 software in a professional capacity. I really expected to make it past the tutorial.
No, I'm not the APP developer, or CAD professional. I have very little CAD experience but I was able to complete all tutorials and since I'm not a CAD expert, it did take some time to learn how to use the tools (e.g., drawing tool use is unlike what non-CAD users are used to). So, yes, this is CAD not MS Paint. As a nuclear outage manager, I plan on using this tool to revise/update my area lay-down plans. The 3D Beta seems to be a gimmick right now, but I'll look forward to that functionality as the app matures. Overall, I was surprised to find this much power for my iPad and the price ($10.99) is better (for me) than the $100/year Autodesk CAD app subscription price. (I've very against "renting" software). Great work to the app developer for bringing high-end CAD functionality down to the iPad for a fraction of tradition full CAD software pricing. Future: Jot Script Stylus integration? (works ok for now).
