Great app in Spain, I don’t speak Spanish, please include a toggle for English for basic things as well as a way to get your emails in English.


Update destroyed the app

I’ve used this app for years and it has worked great. However, with the latest update the app is buggy and unusable. I request a ride and it begins searching, finds a driver but then begins searching again. So I am left wondering if a taxi is coming or not. Any attempt to try and cancel the ride produces an error message. I even uninstalled and then reinstalled the app and now it will not even open. Sad because this used to be a great app.

I signed up in BCN, Spain. Got a nice welcome discount code. Successfully applied it in the app saying that I would get 80% off on my next three rides. I ride. No discount applies. I contact customer service. They make up all kinds of stuff like I would have my phone registered in the Dominican Republic (I’m on a US purchased phone, US provider, US AppStore). I never get the promised discount. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY. Update after developer reply: I did contact customer support as explained above. They just kept telling me my phone was registered in the Dominican Republic (which is COMPLETE non-sense), and weren’t willing to find a more accommodating solution. Worst customer support experience I’ve had in an app!


Be aware. The driver tells you the app does not work

First time this has ever happened to me with a car sharing company. When the driver turned up. He told me the app did not work and I would have to pay €15 in cash to our destination. I use Cabify to feel secure. It is not helpful that you let dodgy drivers onto your platform. I have reported it to support, but support does not understand (English) my concern... and tells me not to worry that any transactions will be taken out of my account. The driver tried to scam me and the company

Últimamente se demora mucho la aplicación en encontrar un vehículo disponible. Además la tarifa de Easy económic y Elite ha subido mucho.
