El día de hoy tuve una carrera 7:50 am. Había reservado 45 minutos antes. El precio pactado siempre es menor a $2 dólares entre mi casa y el lugar de trabajo pues la distancia es muy corta. No recuerdo con exactitud el valor pero era $1.75 o 1.80 dólares. Recién ahora de noche noto que me han cobrado $6.17. Más de tres veces el valor que suelo pagar. Escribí reclamando y me notifican que ese fue el precio pactado y yo lo acepté ? lamentablemente no tengo capturas de dicha carrera. La distancia fue corta, no estuve ni 10 minutos en el vehículo.
I can not log in to the app. The stupid EMAIL VERIFICATION CODE never sends! What am I supposed to do never log in on the phone!!
I am trying to verify my phone number but it’s not sending me a SMS. My SMS works on my phone. Also tried to verify via email but it’s not sending me an email either. Customer service has not helped. Maybe tech support here can do something?
I am in Bogota Colombia and I lost 2 appointments because there software doesn’t work (one lost the link and the other could not find the address)
Pésimo servicio. Me cobraron demás por un viaje. El conductor no llegó en el auto indicado en la aplicación lo cual generó mucha confusión. Las personas de servicio al cliente me quisieron recompensar con un descuento de solamente 15% lo cual no compensó la molestia que me causaron.
Cabify España y sus conductores son unos estafadores ya me ha pasado en dos ocasiones que activo alguna promo y los conductores cobran igual la totalidad del importe luego cuando haces el reclamo a cabify se lavan las manos y no responden cuando se supone que tienen un sistema en el cual pueden penalizar a los conductores que no hagan buen uso del servicio, son complices NO USO MAS ESTA APP
Drivers will accept and then cancel your trip randomly. Queuing time will only quick increasing and increasing. If you are on schedule take an Uber. The likelihood that you will get there on time is higher.
Outstanding quality of service, cars on your door in less than 5 minutes. Works like a charm.
My account was blocked and had to be verified 5 separate times in the span of 2 weeks, each time forcing me to find a regular taxi. Great when it works but, jeez louise, fix your broken app. You don’t need to verify my account every other ride.
