The best grocery list!

This app is used daily in our household. The family sharing (syncing) helps with organized planning. The color coding provides a way to shop without zig-zagging from one side of the store to the other. Sharing a list through text or email is a thoughtful feature if, for some reason, a family member is unable to go to the store for you. The developer responds quickly to any issues and questions that might arise. I highly recommend this app.

This app is, by far, the best shopping list app that I have used for iOS. Nothing even really comes close and the Siri integration is a nice addition! Thanks for keeping up with this great tool and I look forward to additional improvements. ❤️

This is a fantastic app. I use the pro version and I definitely recommend it. Color-coding is a great feature - I use it for all sorts of lists, not just grocery shopping: online orders received/not received/to return, books I’m reading, weekend plans, and gift shopping for friends and family during the holidays. The user interface is intuitive, and I love that you can type continuously while creating several list items in a row, hitting enter between each, without having to tap the + sign to add each new item like most other list apps I’ve tried. Saves a lot of time! The only downside is that, as part of this feature, Buy Me a Pie does this annoying thing where you can’t type commas, colons, or semicolons in any list item - ever. It will automatically truncate the text and turn whatever’s after the punctuation into a new line item. I wish there were a way to turn this feature off, because I use this app to keep track of pretty complex things and when I need to type a comma, I want the comma to appear as typed. I’m sure some people love this feature, but for me, hitting enter to start new lines is enough. So an on/off toggle for treating punctuation as a new line in the settings would be awesome.

A couple changes were made recently, like changing crossed out items to go alphabetically instead of in order, which is really annoying if you close your phone regularly and can’t tell if something got crossed out accidentally or not. It also used to auto suggest my most commonly used items (I guess based on which were higher on my recently used list) and now it’s maybe alphabetical also, but that doesn’t help me because I shop for butter more often than butt cream (for my kid) but I have to type way more than I used to. I realize this is a first world problem but I use this app for convenience not to work on my typing skills. At least bring back the option to sort your crossed off list how you wish. I would LOVE that.

I got this when it was free. I paid to upgrade. But now with the subscription I don't feel ok to recommend it to others. It should be a one-time purchase. Having said that, my husband and I really like and use this app all the time. As both of us are in the store shopping, it deletes the items in real time. Honestly do love and depend on this app!

I have downloaded and attempted to use atleast 10 other shopping app. None of them are even close to this app. This app is easy to use and you’re able to add your own foods or add special named foods. I love how it also deletes them once you have made your purchase or added it to your cart. I LOVE this app. Thanks for making it great and adding more good “stuff “!
Very intuitive and won’t ship without it

This app gets better and better. The most recent improvements allowing to add multiple items without having to tap add each time is great. The app is now synced with Siri which makes it awesome. I like the color coding and the fact that I can make multiple lists. The next thing that I hope they do is to add a barcode scanner to add items.
