This app taught me so many greetings and got to the point! Me and my parents speak Japanese sentences from time to time, and we think if we keep using the app, we’ll be able to speak good Japanese and go to Japan in May in no time! <3

Slowly but surely I am learning Japanese. And I’m so excited, this app is helping so much, I’m stationed here in Okinawa Japan and I ask the locals to rate my Japanese and they tell me I’m doing so good :)
Better than Duolingo in some ways but not others

I think the lesson styles are more challenging and force you to learn the material more thoroughly. It also doesn’t let you cheat with autocorrect or speech input for text based answers. I also like the quiz and Flashcards features better than Duolingo’s quiz feature. Lastly, I like that they use the standard language proficiency level terminology rather than arbitrary lesson completion progress. Some things that Duolingo does better: - App is more solid. Fewer bugs and interface issues. - In lessons, Duolingo is better about always letting you tap on words or phrases to see translations.

What I have been looking for.

Busuu is convenient, expertly created, and fun to use. It’s tracking features help me with statistics that indicate progress, strengths and weaknesses, and motivation. I still need opportunities for conversation, but Busuu users can purchase live lessons with native speakers for an additional charge. I’ve learned incredible amounts of Spanish that I’ve put to use during foreign travel. I consider Busuu a game-changer for world language learners.

I honestly love the app and am currently learning Türkçe and thanks to Busuu it is very easy! I really recommend this if you have any children who are interested in learning languages this is the app for them. -Thank you
