Amount Total Wrong

I really like this app and I use it often to order ahead of time. I like the fact that Burger King has good deals but it has been for awhile now that for a $4.99 offer my total comes up to around $15 and that’s without adding anything else to the order. Please fix this! Other than that, app is great.

This is one of the worst apps I have used. In middle of ordering it will kick you out, refresh, try to download update, even when it just updated and then log you out then you do not get the validation code in your email. Its just frustrating! Horrible user experience. It’s like I have to jump through 200 hops in order to order a burger! Insane.

Ordered online once they messed up my order, decided to try the app anyway. With my app order the people at the restaurant just refused to speak with me at all. Avoid this one entirely.

Super disappointed with the Burger King app. I would love it if it actually worked. More often than not it will not even load for me.

Sauces and Customization

Either I’m stupid or there is literally nowhere to select sauces. It’s so annoying I have to order nuggets just to get sauce for my fries. Also when I customize some of the items like a burger it only says light, and I don’t want very little of the item I want none, I know I could just take it off or whatever but when it’s things like ketchup it ruins it. Other than that the app works great and is very convenient.

Every time I open the app it makes me log in. Wouldn’t be a big deal if I didn’t have to check my email for a verification code every time. Super annoying

Will never order Burger King again. After spending time setting up my order, adding an offer into my cart and proceeding to check out to be told I don’t meet the requirements of the offer and later that I need to update? Update and the offer is still there but more expensive. Everything jumped in price. I understand prices are going up but you could make it an apple update for the app rather than an internal update.

App no long works

Constant problems with app loading slow, timing out, closing in the middle of ordering. App tries to load but doesn’t. Deleted app and reinstalled and same thing. Not worth the hassel.
