Won’t load

Even when I am on Wi-Fi, the app still won’t load. I have deleted the app and reloaded it and the same problem happens. Help!

I went to the drive thru and provided my order name to them at 12.10pm, and I was told to be waiting in the parking lot. My bf went into the store at 12.30pm to ask and they said they just printed my order out. After another 15 minutes we finally got all items but when we opened our burgers who are supposed to be with no pickles, pickles still were put on the meat. Ordered online is such a time wasting choice and bk is such a no-use-comment food store.

Hey this is my phone my apps my logins. Please explain why BK feels the need to validate me each time!!! Time consuming and frustrating. I am ordering a hamburger NOT making withdrawal from my bank. However after I to finally get validated to order I do love the customization of my order. Enjoy seeing my rewards and ease of use at Most restaurants

The app is so unreliable! It can work when I’m at home and then once I’m in the drive thru it completely stops working. I think it’s a scam! Permanently deleting, refuse to eat there ever again. I express this to anyone who will listen and all have agreed and also say they will never eat Burger King again!

The app consistently signs me out on a whim despite only being used on one device, with no attached credit or anything to the account. The only risk is to my patience for having to log back in, go to my email, and eventually give up because I’m wasting everyone’s precious time.

I’m actually impressed with how awful this app continues to be

I’ve tried to use this app to order food dozens of times over the years. It’s worked maybe twice. Kind of impressive when you think about it. They have to be trying to be this awful

Not efficient to order through the app

Literally every time we try order in the app it says the deals aren’t offered at any of the locations near us. Then we go to the drive thru and wait in line and they have the deals when we could have just ordered ahead and waited less. Seems pointless to have the app.

Food/manager quality

Ate inside BK Thursday and the meat we got tasted awful! It had spots on it and didn’t seem to be grilled with those lines on it. It look like tiny bubbles on it and wasn’t hot. The large fries could’ve filled a small bag also. The beverage push buttons were dirty. The tables were dirty too! Also there were several men (manager) standing around talking loud and one was talking bad about the workers and said one should be fired. It was very annoying to hear their voices and laughter. Most of the time the manager sits around and eats. His clothes are filthy looking too. One other time he just stood around messing with his phone and wouldn’t help up front. Never going back to Van Wert’s BK!!!

The truth is that this service is very bad. It is the third time that my complete order has not been brought to me. It is always the same or something is missing or it is cold. It is really a bad company.
