Paying for extra bubbles and not receiving them

Have been to Apple to no avail. Just paid 9.99 for extra bubbles. Said purchase was made and then when I went back to the game it said purchase was unsuccessful. Have no idea. Difficult to find out or get help. 3/2020 all of sudden my friends lives are gone! Used to always have 50 on the envelope. Now none and I continue to accept them from others. I signed out and back in to Facebook I am signed in to Facebook now. Still no lives. Please help!

I love playing the game and I love all the bonus rounds like the bingo cards. But there is no instructions that tells you which game pierces are what for the bingo cards. Like which are the cursed bubbles?!?

I purchased the piggy bank thinking it would be open forever but now I’m asked to purchase it again to open it. This is crazy. I did like this game but not anymore!!!

I went to go click on the game to play it and it opened it and loaded to 100% then completely closed out of it and won’t let me play it keeps glitching out please fix it I really love this game

Why do we have to spend real $$ to break the bank. Why can’t the bank be used as play money.

I play to relax so I’m not fond of the bombs. More rewards would be great. I get rewarded in the early numbers but not in the harder challenges. 338 is too frustrating. I want to travel more easily; like going from 435 to 225.
