Love it, but...

Love the game, but it’s too hard to earn any of the power ups. You earn gold bars which you would think allow you to exchange for the power ups (aids), but you can’t redeem your stash of gold bars without actually sending them money and buying what you’ve supposedly earned. Nope. Stick to Candy Crush where the power ups are given much more freely. BBW2 Saga would be much more fun if you didn’t end up staying on each level for weeks at a time. It’s pretty obvious about half way through each game if you have shot to clear the board or not. I find myself pressing the quit button more often than not. And then they only give you a few lives each round so I don’t spend very much time with this game.

Really enjoy Bingo so you get extra perks but have noticed that there are some that like to spoil it for the ones that really want to win starting to know a few of the spoilers ?? to bad, now the game says no internet connection so cannot access the bonus bingo. Seems to be no fix either. Poor rating!

The developers made it possible for years to play without limits on lives. Now they have suddenly, in one update, taken that away and game is limited to 5 plays. The play goes too quickly and is no longer challenging because, just as the player gets into playing, lives are gone. Will no longer play. So sad for what was a fun game.

I had just won 3 great prizes and when I went to claim them, I got a message that the game couldn’t connect to my browser. Every OTHER game that I play could get to my browser! Had to save my game to Facebook so I could save my progress, delete from my iPad and reinstall it. Wouldn’t you know, once I saved it to Facebook, I had a full piggy bank and couldn’t go any further until I bought my gold bricks. Seriously?!? And of course I lost my team play AND my 3 prizes. This WAS one of my daily favorites, but I am not a happy customer at this point.

Love playing but as of Friday I can’t collect my rewards from bingo it is frozen it says I need to connect to internet but I can get more lives and other boosters that I use what’s the problem and please get it fixed!!!???
Last update causes problems

I love this game and have been playing it for years, but since your last update, and my iPad’s last update (13.1.3), I am unable to connect the game through FB, therefore am unable to collect my prizes from the Team Quests. It keeps telling me to check my connection - which is just fine! Fix please!
Bug needs to be fixed ASAP!

I absolutely love this game but I’ve come across a huge problem. The bingo bonus game has completely froze. I won bingo but it won’t let me collect my rewards. It says I have no internet connection but I do have connection. I’m playing on my iPhone if that matters. I’m really hoping it’s just a bug and y’all will fix it so I can continue to play this game.
