IVery agitated to the fact that I havePast level 1190 about 15 times end it will not progress forward I have deleted this app restarted my phone and nothing changes I don't understand it's like wth ? I have written you several times and no help I don't understand why it will not progress to 1191 if nothing changes then I will just permanently delete this app and it's sad because I love this game

Updated yesterday 10/5/20 and now since then, every time I want to continue with a game, and Buy to continue, it would say All set, but then came up purchase Failed, Try Again. Like a fool I did this about five times, until I checked my account, and each time $ was taken out even though couldn't continue with the game, so lost about $10.00. Today, (10/6/20)I tried buying and it still comes up Fail, Try Again. Hope you fix soon, as was working great until I did the update yesterday. Thank you. Update; no reply since above post of 10/6/20, about 10/5/20 update. Today, 10/7/20, Tried again..still saying purchase approved, Then pops up it FAILED. BUT you get our money. If not fixed by Friday, I'm cancelling, after all these years. Really love this game too. Don't even ask me to send you this or that, I'm too old and don't know How to do a lot of internet stuff, just fix it, Please. In my 70s.

I’m confused why you would remove the ability to gain lives from “asking friends for lives”? My inbox has been empty for 3 days and I spent around 20 minutes asking for lives when I ran out to test this. Definitely uninstalling. What a bummer.

10/7/2020 Okay, so new upgrade and again I can’t get lives from friends. Also my in app purchasing is not working and it keeps asking me to sign into Facebook!!! I have deleted and reloaded to no avail. AND it keeps taking money but I did not receive any Gold. PLEASE DON’T PURCHASE ANYTHING—THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY MULTIPLE TIMES AND BOT GIVE YOU ANYTHING!!! I have been playing for years and it’s a great disappointment that this continues. The next time I have to delete this game will be the last time! Please fix these bugs!!! ———-/-/////// It’s happening AGAIN!!! Got the update and now I can’t receive my rewards or lives from friends. It keeps saying no internet connection! Fix it please or I am going to dump this game and find one that is more reliable! ___________\__\ I wrote the review below last year and it was fixed but now it is happening again! In addition, it will not save my choice to have no sound which limits where I can play the game now. Please fix these bugs! “I have been playing this for quite awhile and after they fixed the crashing problem, I really enjoyed playing. Suddenly, my friends try to send me lives but they never get through to me. I reloaded the program but nothing helps. Please fix this!”

No refund on in app purchases I didn’t receive

Thank you! I tried 4 different times to buy my piggy bank. It went through on Apple but not in my app. I tried to get a refund after explaining to Apple 1. I never received my purchase 2. You can’t buy the piggy bank back to back because it has to fill up. That was clearly me trying to buy it. I refuse to buy anything else as I am now out of $12 and apparently not eligible to get it back despite not receiving what I paid for! Thank you I’ll be uninstalling!

I don’t like the fact that I have to send a message everytime I finish a quest and I cannot close it. So I log out and go back to play. It’s frustrating. Take it off.

I loved playing this as a time waster. Now it’s 10 minutes and I’m done since they took away the ability to receive extra lives from friends. So boring now. Boo
