Yesterday I made the mistake of sending my BTC from Bl*ckcha*n to my BCH wallet on this app. I,by mistake, didn’t use the smart pay address for these types of transactions and now I am missing $2680. The support department said they will issue a refund, but that was like 16 hours ago. I’m freaking out as I recently broke my neck and am trying to turn some of my extra funds for some profit to pay the medical bills. How soon before a refund is completed? Does the credit go to my Freewallet or back to the initial sending wallet on Bl*ckcha*n? Besides that, it’s a cool app and if I can get my refund sooner than later, I will update this review to 5 stars and continue to buy more BCH on this app as they make it fun and easy. I’ll just make sure to not make this stupid mistake again. BobWiscon

Now that you guys offer import and export of private keys it makes you guys more trustworthy just one question...... How exactly do we go about exporting the private keys of existing wallets or atleast viewing them?

I said it was a scam, I said don’t use it. I was wrong, they refunded my money with proper interest even added....I couldn’t be more thankful. Thank you to the free wallet team for your time and effort.

Shame on you Apple iTunes App store!!! UPDATE Dec 12, 2017 ++++++++++++++++ Still have no access to my money. Freewallet sending me ridiculous excuses and repeatedly asking for the same information again and again. It’s been over three weeks since I requested to resolve my access issues. So far I lost about $4,000 and counting. +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Stay Away from these Scammers. Left me without access and were ignoring my emails for over three weeks. I lost approx $4,000 in trade, which very conservative number. If it wasn’t my complaints to Apple, Google and others - would have still freaking out about my money. STAY AWAY FROM FREEWALLET IF YOU WANNA KEEP UR MONEY.

My BTC has disappeared out of the app. There is transaction that seems stuck which has depleted all of my BTC. My account is currently showing a zero balance. In my opinion this is a totally fraudulent app. Customer service should fix this situation because I’m not about to let my BTC disappear!

But more. Can be done to improve this app. Like add red coin and PAC coin would be the biggest and best move you could ever make ! Please do it ! And do it before someone else does there are no PAC coin apps for iOS I think you guys got what it takes to create it in a month
