SCAM!! They steal your money

1 my money is hold and frozen for 4 month and I still cannot withdraw my money. They ask you offer years before transactions even before you create an account. 2 how they steal your money? For they keep the private key. Remember if you cannot hold private key by yourself, the money is not yours 3 two of my friends’s money is stolen by using the app. Just google that , you could find many similar case

This wallet charges a high fee for transfers - to be clear, these are fees charges by the app, not the standard network fees. The developer response to my initial comment cites their multi-tiered fee option, but even the lowest and slowest fee is much higher than current BTC network costs. Luckily I only sent a fraction of BTC to this wallet as a test, but unfortunately you can’t even export your private key if you don’t have a balance as high as the fee! ***REMEMBER: if you don’t own your private keys, YOU DON’T OWN BITCOIN! Consider other mobile wallet options. Hard pass on this one.
Insecure and not private

You do not control the keys and it's linked to Facebook and google. Insane premiums on coin purchases and seems insecure. Are many better ways to buy and store coins. Avoid these apps like the plague. Privacy and security are compromised with this app and all freewallet coin apps.
Failed & unsolved problem

My transaction was failed without knowing why and my btc been hold. When asked for support, they asked me for HASH but unfortunately I couldn't find any HASH in my transaction! Its been 2 days now , still couldn't resolved it.
