The notification windows are great. It seems there is a lack of connection somewhere when a grade is updated. It would be nice to be able to view the grade along with any feedback offered by the instructor without having to log on my laptop. The mobile browser on my iPhone takes forever to load the SNHU homepage and the bright space landing page.

I love the app overall, but my main complaint is the absence of (or perhaps too difficult to find) way to pin active classes, as in the web version. As it stands, I have to scroll through all the classes I have on D2L (5-7 classes added every 3 months adds up pretty quickly) in order to find the one I’m interested in. This one feature would make this app significantly more efficient and enjoyable to use.

This app is for information ONLY! It shows me my grades and is not set for the interaction for which it is supposed to be utilized. I can see my classes, but can’t access anything without it sending me to the main site. If I wanted to go to the main site, I’d go there. Kinda pointless IMO.

This is very useful for seeing when assignments are due, but this only lists bright space assignments, so if your instructor doesn’t list assignments from Maple TA or MyMathLab, they won’t show up

There are a couple glitches though when completing the orientation activities. Hope it’s not a future problem, and I hope it doesn’t ever get shut down for maintenance for an extended period of time, because I’m doing most of my school work by using my iPhone. Thanks for creating a great app !

Using pulse is an excellent way to keep up with your assignments, readings, and discussions. Perfect for busy working students, and students away from a lap top or computer!

This app has been most helpful I strongly encourage others to use it.

Pulse is great for moderating discussions, but when it comes to reading students’ papers, it’s difficult at best. The functionality for reviewing papers is really lacking. When you try to scroll through the paper, the entire screen scrolls. Then, when you try to scroll back, you end up scrolling the paper all the way back to the beginning. Additionally, you can only see the whole paper in landscape mode. It’s not convenient. If this app had a little better functionality, I’d give it 5 Stars.
