Great app when it works. Both briefcase apps keep crashing immediately and will not open. It flashes open and then nothing.... unusable

Since the last version of this app kept crashing, I had to delete it from my phone and tried to reinstall-install it. Today after I re-installed your app, I found all my original saved files are gone. Is there a way to recover it? Thanks!
