I don’t have time to exchange customer service app support with tech support. Here’s the issue. Got lots of PDF files. Want another storage app. Currently using Documents, To PDF, and PDF Reader all of which work right out of the box. Like the layout of your app, though not as well as the others. The others have better layout and easier viewing of files, especially their picture thumbnails make finding video easy because they are large enough to view the details. Personal preference is that I prefer size and readability over space considerations. Still, the layout suffices that I would like to use your app. But, now the issue. Enacted were all of my Cloud accounts on the app, however, no upload. That doesn’t fit my requirements. As I’ve spent a bit of time downloading file storage apps, I’ve allocated all the time, outside this email, which is also my cut and paste review following my send. Even though this app, Briefcase Pro, did not code itself, I wish this app had been up to full power.

App WILL NOT request access to photos

Can’t save photos to app if app doesn’t request access. You can’t grant access unless app requests on IOS 12

Doesn’t work anymore with ios 12.1

Worked great until upgrade to ios 12.1. Now, it cannot get access to photos and no way to grant access in settings. Emailed developer. I hope this gets fixed.

Thanks for the great app. Could u add a FTP section to ur good app and Please dont increase the ios version because most of us use older ios versions. Peace

Hi, I can’t find an access request from briefcase pro In sitting>privacy>photo to granted after requesting that from briefcase pro and that is in both my iPad and iPhone. Need help to fix the problem. Thank you.

XM APP BROKEN

This might be a great app but its use of recaptcha to connect to Dropbox and others is a problem. After logging in I am asked to select all squares that have cars in them (including grainy photos). Then as I select one a new one appears so I have to confirm no squares are present with cars. I click verify and then I have to go thru the same dance with buses, and then with road signs. Finally I am told it didn’t work and I have to start again. Really ridiculous to have the insane method of security. I have connected many apps to Dropbox and Google Drive without this insanity. Deleting Briefcase Pro as unusable.

Probably a simple fix for the developer, but the app is a dud to me without it.

A Great App, But

I've been using it for awhile but a few updates ago caused me to no longer see ALL my photos when I click "All Photos". I only see a handful at a time. I can copy an image to my clipboard for the time being, but I would definitely need to see a fix for this issue, it makes the app extremely difficult to use now. (I'm using iOS version 11 if you need to know)
