Liked the older version better

This “upgrade” is a downgrade. It was good to be able to practice playing slam hands or no trump hands, but that option is gone.

Give me back the old one! Will not let north be the dealer on my request, will not let north/south have the best hands at my request. To get all the lessons I paid for when I click lessons it takes me to a whole other app Bridge teacher. I can't choose now what type of games I want to play like slam or no trump. This is a really really horrible update. Fix it There is no way that I know of to totally uninstall, iTunes no longer has apps on their site so, if you delete on your iPad it just goes to the cloud and comes back the same.

I am having a lot of problems with their updated version of this program. I did uninstall the old one and install the new one as they suggested that this did not help. It crashes frequently. I paid $14.99 for the tournament and it doesn’t work,screen is blank and there’s no phone number to call. And it used to be they would have to give you the number of the hand and so that your partner could choose that and you could play the same hand and compare.They lost that

Tech support NEVER answers phone or returns emails. Restore purchases button just charges you again even if you’ve already purchased the tournaments and have a current subscription.

1. WHERE are the lessons that are “back”? 2. Still waiting for choice of types of hands to practice (NT, SLAM, etc)- was best feature.

I used to play it daily until the latest version. It boots up sporadically. It also took away our ability to play our choice of slam hands, no trump hands or game hands. A much poorer version. Bring back the older versions, it was much better.
Frequent crashes

The latest two versions of this app keep crashing. Please come up with a fix for this. Also, I purchased a year's access to the tournaments and am unable to use them. I followed the directions to restore them after purchase, but they do not work. I filed a help ticket with Bridge Baron support and never heard back from them.
Not right way to say “we care”

Like many others, I use Bridge Baron in part because there is no real alternative (for an iPhone). I am struck by how unresponsive the product’s developer seems to be. The only response he[?] posts is the same stock text addressed something like “dear valued customer...” At very least before the next time that tired old text is posted, the developer might fix its hilarious typo.
