Get this app and upgrade to premium. It’s so worth it. I use it mainly to help me fall asleep at night and it’s meditations knock me right out. I cannot rave enough about this app. Edit: I absolutely love the devs. Their response to this review is so cute. I wanna hug y’all now

I downloaded this app because I was very frustrated with other meditating apps I have used. Everything was premium only, and the available videos were low key meditations. But when I got Breethe, there were so many more options for me. I set my own personalized plan and RIGHT AWAY got free recommendations! Now there is a premium option for those who wish to upgrade, but for those who don’t, there are lots of free videos and playlists available. I absolutely love this app as it has really helped me relax and settle into the present moment. Huge thumbs up from me!!!!!! ?

I accidentally deleted the app with all of my data. I contacted support and my account was fully restored in less than 2 1/2 hours. I use the app for bedtime meditation as well as morning alarm/meditation. Very happy with the app choices.

Wonderful app and programs

I started CBT with a therapist last summer and she introduced me to meditation. I did a lot of research and tried this app. I absolutely love it and use it daily. The programs are fantastic and I love the hypnotherapy. Anytime I have downtime from work, I jump onto the couch and click into one to keep my mind focused. Would highly recommend. I know it is 12.99/month, but the benefits are terrific.

Intro screen frozen

Intro screen freezes when loading resulting in phone timing out. This is now happening more than 90% of the time. Reading other reviews, this seems to be an ongoing issue. App is great when it works.
