Unauthorized subscription and charges

This app subscribed me w/out my consent subscribing to it, blindly billed me automatically for annual fees twice w/out my consent & got my acct info w/out my authorization. All these w/ out me receiving a courtesy email ir advice , not even once!!!! Pls cancel the unauthorized subscription & refund me for the charges you made

I purchased the lifetime membership after using the app for a while and finding it useful. I wanted to explore more of the locked content, which for the most part did not disappoint. However, after using the app and listening to several different meditations and becoming very accustomed and comfortable with a select few, the app changed the narrators entirely. Trying to fall asleep to a mediation I was very comfortable with has now become very troubling. I don’t understand why they would change the mediation leader with no notice…the narration is very similar, but the wording and flow is off, which has thrown me waaaay off my rhythm for getting to sleep, which essentially defeats the purpose of the app. Great idea and setup…woefully lacking in follow through and continuity.

I’m so sick of apps that say “in app purchases” when actually your app is $12.99 per month. 2 weeks “free trial” means give us all your info and credit card and you can cancel anytime but we will try and sucker you by making it difficult & confusing to cancel. If you actually had confidence that your app is so great then just let people have it for a week or two without taking info that you can protect it. If it’s really a great app people will come back and buy it. I’ve had it with all apps.

I bought this accidentally by forgetting to cancel it prior to my free trial ending. So I thought “Oh well, I just be sure to use it to get my money’s worth.” Found that much of the content I selected was from Lynn Goldberg and I don’t find her voice pleasing for meditation. Choices for other instructors are limited. The application takes about 3-5 minutes to load which is annoying too. Wish I could get at least part of my $89 back.

They make it impossible to cancel. I’ve cancelled it through apple, I’ve emailed breathe support and finally had to stop payment at my bank. Then they changed the name they billed it under and continue to charge me. They claim to respond in 24 hours, Doesn’t happen. Don’t fall into the trap. I emailed support, No answer. I did not have two accounts, only when I notified my bank to stop payment on Breathe did the name change and bill me again under a different name. This is going on for months. Sickening. Another week goes by, no credit, no response from support. Update: they did email back and credited 3 months. We shall see if they bill again under a different name.

Finally I can sleep!

What is the background music in the main screen??? I want to listen to that nonstop!!! I am finally falling asleep within moments of listening to bedtime hypnotherapy!! Huge fan of Glenn and his accent. I find myself delaying turning on the app until I’m actually ready to fall asleep because I know it will work everytime!

I have tried several of apps for meditation and this one works the best for me. I fail to understand why the bad reviews. This type of app takes a lot of work to maintain and update. It should not be free. Please credit the creators of the content. Enjoy the app!
