I had a bad day today, I was very mad and I was like “this don’t work” until I pressed what I needed and in 2 minutes I was chilled out. This works. I don’t care about those stupid puzzles that say”this will calm you down” i care about this. Thanks.

For me, I’m not near my iPod that often, so when I get a notification to meditate, I don’t see it until I have to go to bed. By then I can’t stay awake for ten more minutes. But other than that I love this app!!!!!

I just downloaded this app and I’m already deleting it. It may work for others but I tried listening to one of the sound tracks and the sound of crickets (which i didn’t like but some might) kind of scared me. My heart stopped. I heard sounds from it sounding like foot steps in the woods. It scared me. This app just isn’t for me.
