This app is one of a kind. I love it and use it every night before I go to sleep. Not only does it help me get into a deep sleep, I also feel that listening to it just 5-10 minutes/day improves my general well-being. I highly recommend it to anyone, even if you’ve never meditated before. Try it- you will not regret it what do you have to lose?

Lately I have found myself anxious about things that I used to do without even a thought like taking pills and driving at night. I consulted my doctor and he concluded that I suffered with anxiety and depression and wanted to place me on medication. For personal reasons I was resistant to that treatment plan and asked him if I could try meditation first and he agreed but still gave me a prescription just in case. Let me state emphatically that I believe it is your right to decide if you use medication and I think that people who use it responsibility are just fine. I think it’s important to discuss changes with your doctor and I don’t believe that medication is evil. It just wasn’t my first choice. So on to the review: Breethe has definitely changed my life for the better. I actually cried the first time I used it because I had so much relief from my anxiety. I use it every day and it has been a life changer. I’m calmer and more confident. I can enjoy things that I used to but had given up because they “stressed me out”. I recommend this app wholeheartedly. Give it a try all you have to loose is your anxiety!

I really like this app it is very soothing but the only thing is that I don’t like that you have to pay for the app once you get it. You should really have the app cost money when you get the app but again I love the app.

I first tried this with my two cousins who are the weird ones. It made me sleep and I am serious bout this and the thing that I HATE is the “free” trial a free trial is free well you cost money so it’s not free and I hate it cause that.
